Subsidiary merged into Rautaruukki Corporation

The merger of Rautaruukki Corporation's Finnish subsidiary Teräsportti Oy (real
estate company) has been entered in the Trade Register on 1 November 2007. The
assets and liabilities of the company have been merged into Rautaruukki
Corporation.
 
The action was part of simplifying the Group structure.
